In Bradford County, Florida, atheists will be erecting a monument right across from the very Ten Commandments monument they tried to have removed. A private Christiban (Christian + Taliban) loony organization paid for the Commandments and refused to remove them even after the county asked them to.
So a “compromise” was reached and the atheists will be putting up their own statue in the same “free speech” space. The useful bench will be engraved with quotes from Jefferson and Adams regarding the necessity of the separation of church and state, and a couple of choice – and ridiculous – Bible verses.
Plus, Alex Rodriguez and a small herd of other MLB players may be involved in the latest doping scandal, leading to suspensions of up to 100 games. They are describing this as the biggest drug case in MLB history.
