If you are totally sick of Where’s Waldo, you can play a new variation: “Count the Black People at Rand Paul’s GOP ‘African American Outreach’ Detroit Speech”.
I guess the Republicans are trying, right? They quickly fixed that tweet recently that declared racism ended, and now they are opening a special office in extremely-blue (and quite black) Detroit to reach out to African Americans.
The problem is they are reaching out to blacks with the same tired, old, racist policies the GOP hold true.
“We’re reaching out to you, while we do our best in every state to make it harder for you to vote” is a tough sell.
