The predatory capitalist machine has done such a great job of equating socialism with scary, evil communism that most people think they are the same thing.
Especially with avowed Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders entering the 2016 Democratic primary, the term is getting tossed around a lot now.
Of course, to the FOX “News” crowd, socialism is a term they spit out with the venom they would use saying “pedophile”.
