The case, which hedged on the interpretation of a poorly-worded phrase, could have completely decimated Obamacare. And the ninnies of the right had their tentacles crossed.
But even Chief Justice Roberts, who is no fan of Obamacare, could see that this ridiculous case had no merit and should never have made it to the Court in the first place.
