Maine Governor Paul LePage Wants to Roll Back Those Pesky Child Labor Laws

Looks like Teabilly Republican Governor of Maine Paul LePage is a big fan of live Charles Dickens recreations!  In fact, LePage would like to recreate those good ole days as a way of life in his state.

The colorful, moronic Governor is probably most famous for saying a Democrat state legislator “claims to be for the people, but he’s the first one to give it to the people without providing Vaseline.”

LePage now wants child labor regulations in Maine loosened to allow kids as young as 12 to enter the labor force, so the little tykes can learn life skills.  “A 12-year-old working eight to 10 hours a week or a 14-year-old working 12 to 15 hours a week is not bad,” he has said.

Yet another Republican who wants us to return to the 19th century.
