Ten senators are working to get the Oversight Committee to oversee the invasion of big oil into the EPA. In other environmental news, states and cities across the world known as Sub-National governments are stepping up and coming together to fight climate change and none too soon. And finally, we look at how the disaster of Katrina demonstrates Shock Politics in order to feed capitalism and strip the people of power.
